Card editions and purchase help.

Free and premium editions

Classic is free and includes a small brand address on the card. Signature costs US$1.99 and Luxe costs US$2.99. Paid editions are one-time purchases, with no subscription or additional download fee. Check the edition and quoted price before you continue.

Delivery and keeping your card

Create Classic for free or complete PayPal checkout for a premium design, then finish the wish experience to open your card. Download a static 1080 × 1920 PNG to keep, or create an optional link for the animated web card.

Cards remain available for up to 90 days while order data is retained. Reopen your order in the same browser through My wishes while its session cookie is available; see Privacy for the cookie expiry and access limits. The recipient does not pay to view a shared card.

Purchase and refund support

Digital products are non-refundable after delivery for change-of-mind requests. For duplicate charges, non-delivery or technical issues, contact support. This is the same purchase policy shown at checkout.

A symbolic experience

Your purchase is for the digital experience and artwork. No financial outcomes are promised, and the service does not perform a temple ceremony.
